DAYTIME AT STRING FELLOS

Whether you are visiting Candolim for the day or spending your holiday you will find the warmest welcome at String Fellos shack.

Situated right on the beach, the shack is contructed over approx 20 days at the beginning of each season using only local Goan natural materials and rope lashings. Rising from the sand StringFellos compliments the beautiful views and has been an annual feature of the beach for many years. The shack provides everything you need for a great day, or evening, on Candolim Beach.

You will find the atmosphere and views particularly special any evening if you are sitting at the shack as the sun sets over wonderful Goa.

Throughout the season the shack is a great meeting, eating and chill out location for anyone looking to relax in a friendly atmosphere.

Free use of sunbeds, swing seats, and parasols for customers, and attentive waiter service to the beach make String Fellos an ideal spot to spend your long lazy Goan days.

EAT at String Fellos

From simple snacks, soups, toasties, salads, or omelettes, to full Goan speciality dishes and meals, the food at String Fellos is fresh, delicious, and cheap.

All ingredients are sourced daily at local markets and cooked fresh to order by Chef Khan and the kitchen staff. All salads etc are prepared with bottled water in the well equipped shack kitchen.

If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement, wedding or other occasion during your time in Candolim please let us know. The beach shack is a great place to party. The staff love to make a fuss, and do take great pleasure in helping you have a special and unique experience.

THE BOYS

You are guaranteed to recieve great service and a warm smile whenever you visit String Fellos shack. Boss Dennis and his two main assistants Ragu and Rocky run the front of the shack. All the boys are friendly, and have a wealth of local knowledge and stories about Candolim, Goa, and beach life - so dont be afraid to ask anything.

Dens Jeep Adventure

You can discuss a day out of the resort with any of the shack staff. When hes not out driving you will usually find driver Sam working at the beach shack.

Whether you just want an airport transfer taxi, a day out to another of the wonderful beaches in Goa, or would like to experience some of the areas hidden attractions, talk to Dennis about a cost effective adventure tailored to you.

Established in 1995 Dens Jeep Adventure is full insured, and is 100% owned and staffed by Goans. Your excursion will be in a 10 seater open jeep, although we only accept bookings of maximum 8 people in order that you can have the space to enjoy the trip in comfort.

All vehicles are registered with the Goa Tourist Development Corporation, as signified by the official triangle proudly displayed on each vehicle.

FIND US

The easiest way to String Fellos is to take the small road which goes down the side of the HEALTH CENTRE opposite the Dona Alcina Hotel complex on the main Candolim road.

Walk down the side of the health centre, follow the road round to the left and turn right towards the sea! - you will come into the back side of the row of shacks and you will see stringfellos. Tell us you found us through the website when you arrive and your first drink is on us!

Heres a map to help, our exact position on the beach can change slightly each year buit you will always find stringfellos in the same area.

Be careful! there has recently been an imposter stingfellos shack further up the beach towards the beach road entrance! we have a very distinctive look with towers to help make sure you have the right place.

SELF DRIVE

If you prefer to be more mobile during your time in Goa why not rent a scooter, motorbike, or jeep for self-drive. Dennis and the boys have a range of vehicles available, all fully insured, well maintained, and available at very good rates for daily, weekly. or full holiday rental.

ACCOMMODATION

Being native Goans from the local area, the boys have extensive contacts and relationships with many local property and business owners. If you need accommodation in Candolim, whether for a short stay or a longer holiday, talk to Dennis about your preferences and budget and he can usually arrange the perfect solution for you. There is a small handling fee, usually paid by the accommodation, but even if you have to pay it, using Dennis as middle man to secure a great price, you will still pay much less than booking through ANY travel agency.
